General Information
Extended Holiday Stays:

A minimum of three nights stay is required for Christmas and New Years, and a seven night stay is required at Easter.
Payment Policy:

Payment on arrival June 1 - December 20.  Payment in full 30 days in advance December 21 - May 31. Discover, Mastercard, Visa, checks, and cash are accepted.
 
Taxes:

All rentals of six months or less are subject to a 6% state sales tax and a 5% Lee County lodging tax.
Additional Persons:

Waterside Inn rates are based on double occupancy while Breakers West Condominium rates are based on 4 person occupancy. There is a $20 per person per night charge for additional person. There is no charge for children under 16.
Cancellation Policy:

There is no forfeiture of deposit/rent if cancellation is made 14 days before arrival from December 21 to May 31 and 7 days before arrival from June 1 to December 20. After these times there is no refund unless all dates can be filled with a substitute rental and full rental proceeds realized. Additionally, there is a $30 handling fee for any cancellation.
Deposit Policy:

One night charged at time of booking reservation.
Pets:

Pets less than 30 pounds and at least 2 years old are permitted in designated cottages. There is a $10.00 daily or $50.00 per week pet fee.

No pets allowed in Breakers West Units!!
Special Events:

Periodically, complimentary social events are conducted on the beach to enhance your vacation enjoyment.
Non-Smoking Rooms:

All WSI rooms are designated non-smoking. Smoking is permitted on balconies/patios but not inside the unit. There will be a $100.00 fee for any cleaning that needs to be done in the unit to bring it back up to non-smoking standards so please comply with our non-smoking policy.
Laundry:

There are coin operated washers and dryers, at Waterside Inn. Breakers West owners also provide a washer and dryer in their individual unit.
Check in/Check out:

After 3:00 pm and before 11:00 am.
Phones:

Each Waterside Inn unit has a telephone operated through  the Waterside Inn switchboard. All Waterside Inn phones have dataports and voicemail. There are private restricted phones in Breakers West condominium residences. Waterside Inn phones have minimal charges, depending on the type of call made.
Housekeeping Units:

Cottages are housekeeping units with towels exchanged and trash removed daily.  For long-term stays a light clean is provided weekly.
Towels and Linens:

Towels are exchanged daily. Linens are changed once a week. Pool/beach towels are provided
Daily Maid Service:

Lodge guest rooms, efficiencies and the Honeymoon Cottage receive daily maid service. For long term stay a light clean is provided weekly.  Breakers West units have a daily maid service change of $8.50/day
Plum Com:

A private room with facilities to assist in early arrivals or late  departures. Available to all guests.
Swimming Pools:

Heated or cooled for your comfort. Pool hours are from dawn to dusk. There are NO lifeguards on duty.
Waterside Inn Swimming Pool:

Heated or cooled for your comfort. Pool hours are from dawn to dusk. There is NO lifeguard on duty.
   Cable TV

Cable TV  in all units. HBO in all Waterside Inn units

Note: All of Waterside is non-smoking.
NO BOATS, JET SKIES OR TRAILERS ARE PERMITTED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL.
NO EXCEPTIONS!
